1. Enhanced Business Reporting
KnitOne is a tailored ERP for sweater manufacturers, with a primary focus on providing performance details at every production stage. Thus, reports of each department were enhanced to ensure the key and necessary details are reflected in drawing beneficial business decisions.
Let’s look into chief improvements made in various reports.
i. Daily Summary Report
The Daily Summary Report now uses corrected Machine Efficiency and Machine Utilization calculations, along with improved logic for identifying active orders.
It also shows size details for active sample and bulk orders, with clearer information and color coding for faster review.
ii. Dashboard Summary
The Dashboard Summary was corrected in two important areas:
- Domestic Order Summary: Here, incorrect domestic-category data was corrected.
- Bulk Knit-to-Pack Summary: The number of days shown was aligned with the Knit-to-Pack Report.
iii. New and Updated Reports
A new Weekly Summary Report was added to the Consolidated Report section.

The Rework and Rejection Report can now be delivered automatically through WhatsApp on a weekly and monthly basis. Likewise, the Knit Utilization Report, a part of consolidated reports, can also be sent to relevant personnel via WhatsApp.

3. Stronger Vendor Management
Vendor Management module received several improvements across vendor classification, filters, invoices, payments, and purchase order handling.

Vendor types were also aligned, and the Job Work vendor synchronization issue was fixed.

Sales and decommission transactions were connected with the Accounting Module. Yarn Sale Decommission approval and client-search issues were also resolved.

5. Stronger Permission Management

ii. Role and Visibility Fixes
User access to the Active Bulk and Active Sample sections was corrected.
The Update Sample Data action now follows its assigned permission, and the permission list was improved for easier management.
iii. Warehouse Access
Packaging Order access was restricted based on warehouse assignment.
Users can now view Packaging Orders for their assigned warehouse without accessing unrelated warehouse records.
